To get started, we establish a Blueprint for Success. Each blueprint is individual and customized for you. No cookie cutter programs at this studio; as you progress so does your program, avoiding those plateaus that so many clients experience.

- We provide a Health and Fitness Evaluation.

- Short and long term goals.

- We determine your grade in such areas as body fat composition, flexibility, strength, endurance, stamina and aerobic capacity.

- Family and personal health and risk factors will be assessed.

- Weekly progress reports, documenting changes in your body composition are used to track your progress.

- Your Progress Report includes: weigh in, nutritional log, overviews of upcoming week, monthly digital photo.
