I wanted to let everyone know that I have been training with Kirk twice as week for the past 2yrs. Only in the past 6 months I have been seriously following Kirks advise and keeping up with the schedule and eating regiment. I have even added in two days of training on my own to increase the frequency. I have never been in this shape all my life! I feel great and always look forward to training with Kirk.
