“Working with Kirk Sutton has been one of the best things I have done.
When I started working out at a gym for the first time in my life I was 175 lbs,  unhealthy, unfit and had health concerns. I struggled to lose the weight and change my unhealthy lifestyle.  Soon after I met Kirk who taught me among many other valuable lessons, the value of resistance training, how to eat, how to challenge myself and how to cherish my body and give it the respect it deserves.  He kept me motivated and challenged me to always do better. He gave me skills that I continue to use on a daily basis with regards to my exercise regime, and my eating choices.
Throughout my 2 years of training with Kirk I lost close to 45 lbs, I have never felt healthier or as confident. Kirk is not only a personal trainer he is also a life coach, teaching lessons that prove to be valuable.
